GREAT WYMONDLEY SUMMER FÊTE - Sunday 11^th June at 2.00pm.

Plans are well under way for the Fête on Church Green.  The theme this year celebrates the 50^th Anniversary of the Beatles’ LP Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and so the Fête will have a 60’s flavour.

There will be Cream Teas, a Plant Stall and a Bric a Brac Stall as well as all the usual stalls, sideshows and games to play.  There will be the annual Fun Dog Show with some different classes and rosettes to win.  Ramrugge Clog Morris will be there to entertain you.

Put the date of the Fête on the calendar and tell your families and friends about it so that they can come along too, have an enjoyable afternoon and help make the Fête a big success.

After the clearing up there will be a village picnic on The Green in 60’s style.  Bring your own rugs, garden chairs, food and drink.  After the picnic there will be an X-Box Beatles Singing Game in The Green Man.

We still need offers of help on the day as well as cakes, plants and bric a brac to sell.  If you can help on the day please let Paul or Cherry know.

If you have items for us to sell at the Fête please bring them to 2 Church Green on the morning of the Fête.

The next Fête Meeting will be on Thursday 25^th May in The Green Man at 8.00pm.  Everyone is very welcome.
